I had my house heat treated for bed bugs. The bugs were in three rooms of the house for sure and probably traveling through the walls as well. We received a quote and had the heat treatment thoroughly explained to us. This included that what would have to leave in the house and how we should proceed post-treatment. We felt a little better about our situation (we did not want to do the intense chemical treatment for our own safety). During the treatment the men were outside and we were able to ask them questions about the progress. When they let us back in they told us exactly what they had done and gave us suggestions for what to do next if we did see anymore bugs. But the bugs are gone! NO sign of them anymore. This was a successful treatment and a pleasant experience with Alliance.
