Residential High Rise Property
Alliance was en-route to the site of a suicide jump from the 24th floor within an hour of receiving the call from the property manager. The building was on the corner of a very busy intersection in an affluent neighborhood in West LA. Because of the population density of the area, it was of the upmost importance that the affected area be restored to its pre-incident condition as soon as possible. The Alliance Traumatic Event Clean Up team began the decontamination and clean-up process immediately, removing any sign of the incident, including the safe removal of any biohazards.
Unattended Death Cleanup and Decontamination
Alliance was called to a home for an unattended death two weeks after the occurrence. Alliance provided full odor removal, mitigated all risks for blood borne pathogens and restored the property to its pre-incident condition. Additionally, Alliance provided full dialogue with the insurance company to help the family sort out the details.
Police Incident Cleanup and Decontamination
Alliance was called to the scene of a police shooting of a suspect. The prescribed course of action was to immediately begin the decontamination process and clean-up process. Our certified Bio-Recovery technician conducted a thorough scrub-down applied hospital-grade disinfectant to the soiled area and surrounding vicinity.
