Alliance Environmental To Acquire Precision Works, Inc.
Company to Deliver Industry-Defining, No-Chemicals Technology, “ThermaPureHeat” Plus

AZUSA, Calif. – July 18 th, 2005 – Alliance Environmental Group,
Inc. today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Precision Works’ San
Francisco Office in a “friendly” transaction – for an undisclosed
value.
Both companies have a long-standing expertise in providing outstanding solutions
for sensitive projects and a tradition of caring responsibly for the environment.
They have agreed to a seamless transition and optimum delivery of a comprehensive
line of services to the consumer and commercial markets in Northern California.
The combination of Alliance and the revolutionary “ThermaPureHeat” treatment
will provide customers more powerful solutions for eliminating mold, fungus,
bacteria, bed bugs, and termites with considerable savings of time and money.
Alliance will meet a wider set of customer needs and have a significantly
greater opportunity to grow into new markets, particularly in the new home
market and Insurance Adjuster segment.
