Alliance Provides Tenant Improvements at Third Street Promenade

Alliance was called out for tenant improvements, including soft demolition of an interior space that had lead based paint on structural walls behind drywall/plywood.

AEG had to remove all existing wall, ceiling and floor finishing, and then stabilize the exposed structural lead painted walls on cinder block under DHS/CDPH guidelines.

Once everything was prepped, Alliance had to get everything signed off by a licensed certified consultant, and passed on the first inspection.

Alliance also provided exterior demolition of the outside canopy, door, and skylights.

The work was done for a popular shoe company. It was a 5000sf building. Alliance completed all the work in 3 weeks and turned over to the tenants a week earlier than anticipated

Service was impeccable. The field manager who came to pick-up the ACM pipe was on time. The representative who I spoke to over the telephone handled the financial issues and forwarded a receipt with the manifest. I did not have to give a second thought or follow-up with Alliance once.
