My experience with Alliance was a great one from the beginning. I was referred to them by Peninsula Heating company. I called the office and spoke to Pete. I told him I needed an estimate to have the ducts which had asbestos in them removed. He was very accommodating and scheduled an appointment for that same week. I received a contract via email, scheduled the work for the following week and greeted the workers Monday, Dec. 27 at 8:30 ready to work. Upon their arrival, they informed me of the work that they were going to do. They prepped the work area and started immediately. They were finished in 4 hours. Their Supervisor came to review and approve their work. A second team came back the next day to remove their equipment and remove seal that was placed in the work area. Overall, I was very pleased with their courteous and prompt service. I would highly recommend Alliance and have scheduled them again to remove an acoustic ceiling in one of the bedrooms.
