Alliance Environmental Group Saves Nineteen Country Club Homes in Riverside County
Nineteen homes located in a Country Club were threatened with rebuilding and excessive remediation costs.
Alliance used the ThermaPureHeat™ treatment which was recently awarded the “Best New Product” honor by the National Society of Professional Engineers. The ThermaPureHeat™ process eliminated the mold from these homes, a result that was verified by a third-party testing company.
When Alliance received the green light to start the project, we removed heat sensitive items and set up the equipment and containment. The equipment used for this ThermaPureHeat™ project consists of a trailer-mounted heater, portable propane heaters, air blowers, Mylar ducting, and digital thermometers.
Alliance thoroughly cleaned each house before testing, and then through the heating process and careful thermal monitoring, we achieved a successful first-time clearance on the first five homes completed of the nineteen eventually to be cleared. The state-of-the-art equipment and computer monitoring systems enabled Alliance to exceed the builder’s timelines and expectations.
