AIRTEK was hired to handle the decontamination of a medical laboratory. Technicians underwent a series of medical physicals to perform work in the highly-regulated areas. Employees contained the laboratory work area with polyurethane sheathing to cover any medical equipment from dust particles that may be released. The air vents were then removed to gain access to the air duct ventilation system for proper cleaning. For health and safety purposes, our trained professional technicians wore personal protection and used specialized equipment to clean and filter any dust particles or residual films collected in the air vents from everyday use.
