On behalf of JB Community Services, JBCS, LLC, and the Grove Unit Owners Association, I would like to express our appreciation to James Webster of Alliance Environmental Group Inc for his dedication to the homeowners and residents of the Grove in Carlsbad. We wish to acknowledge the high standard of performance and professionalism exhibited by James Webster.
On October 24, 2012 the Grove condominium community was impacted by a fire which affected thirty-six (36) condominium units. On Friday, October 26, James Webster and Alliance Environmental were on-site to co-ordinate efforts for residents to retrieve belongings from their homes and to mediate the loss. The residents were unable to re-occupy their homes and in shock. We wish to acknowledge the high standard of performance and professionalism shown to our residents by James Webster. His sincerity and commitment were well demonstrated as this was an intensive and emotional situation with so many residents within the complex not prepared for such an unexpected loss. Thank you for helping our residents understand the situation caused by the fire damage and the environmental impact due to the age of the building—providing support, both professionally and emotionally to all those affected.
