After getting a quote and having the heat treatment thoroughly explained to us including what we would have to leave in the house and how we should proceed post-treatment, we felt a little better about our situation (we did not want to do the intense chemical treatment for our own safety). During the treatment the men were outside and we were able to ask them questions about the progress. When they let us back in they told us exactly what they had done and gave us suggestions for what to do next if we did see anymore bugs. But the bugs are gone! NO sign of them anymore.
