Alliance: Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Alliance Environmental Group LLC. is an environmental contractor specializing in commercial and residential air duct cleaning, demolition, asbestos, lead paint, mold, legal assessments and removal of hazardous materials.

Job Type: Full-time

The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative’s responsibilities are following up on customer proposals that have not turned into contracts, working directly with Customers to secure jobs and schedule the jobs. In addition, the responsibilities entail assisting sales staff and handle customer service issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Strong communication skills to be applied at all times to revive inactive and fallen leads/proposals
  • Follow-up with customers to secure job information
  • Interact with Customers, Marketing and Sales Departments
  • Handle customer requests; problems and complaints
  • Enter and manipulate data from various computer programs
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and required software training courses in Infor CRM and Excel
  • Prepare reports with customer service/proposal updates

DO YOU HAVE 

  • Experience in Customer Relations Management (CRM) Program
  • 6 plus months Sales Experience
  • Great Phone Etiquette — manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Be a Problem Solver— identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and have Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
