Labor Coordinator – Stanton, CA

Full Time In Office Position
3 Weeks Paid Training at our Azusa/Corporate location.

Job Summary Overview:
The Labor Coordinator responsibilities are monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day labor scheduling procedures. Handle Project Managers, Customer, and Labor Superintendents’ issues and concerns.

“A day in the life of Labor Coordinator can look like:
• Compiles next day job folders for superintendent
• Generates AQMD, OSHA, and CDPH Notifications timely as needed
• Works with Sales Estimators for job scheduling, and to gather project data
• Handles customer issues or concerns
• Updates Manifest Spreadsheet daily
• Verify project address via
• Schedules and monitors current and future jobs
• Print job folders from Customer Relationship Management CRM System
• Provides assistance to laboratory vendors, customers and homeowners
• Schedules job testing

Position Requirements:
• 3 + years in General Office/ Administrative experience, preferably in any of these industries Environmental Services, Remediation, Construction, or Pest Control
• Microsoft Office 2000; Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
• Multi-Tasking and Filing skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Type 35-55 wpm
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills required
• Organization Skills
• Associates Degree preferred
• Complete Background Check
• Will be required to provide coverage to the Corporate Labor Coordinator in Azusa as necessary
