The Regional Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of the regional branches operations. Implements company policies, procedures, and initiatives. Evaluates and enhances current operational systems. Coordinates operations through Superintendents. Regional Operational Manager is the leader for all employees within their assigned region, responsible their development and engagement.

Responsibilities of Regional Operations Manager
– Manages regional branch operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the operations
– Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws
– Coordinates, fosters, and develops strong partnerships with various departments and stakeholders across the branches to execute both short term goals and achieve long-term plans
– Manages expenses to applicable budgets, budget formulation; assumes full responsibility for regional operations financial performance
– Creates and ensure performance over quality controls and KPIs


– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field from an accredited school
– Minimum 7+ years related experience
– Minimum of 10+ yearly of industry experience OR Abatement, Remediation, or Construction
– Supervisory experience required
– Project management required
– Success managing a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
– Must be fluid and capable of pivoting strategy to align with changing business needs
– 75% of traveling by vehicle or airplane to designated region’s locations to handle the above duties
– Must be able to manage multiple priorities, set and achieve challenging goals; work under the pressure of deadline and be adept at managing multiple tasks
– Remediation and/or abatement experience is preferred, but not required
– Demonstrated strong ability to lead and participate effectively in cross-functional teams
– Exceptional verbal, listing and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Extensive driving may be required

Position Requirements:

– 3 + years in General Office/ Administrative experience, Environmental, Remediation, Construction, Pest Control Industries preferred
– Associates Degree preferred
– Microsoft Office 2000; Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
– Multi-Tasking and Filing skills
– Customer Service Oriented
– Type 35-55 wpm
– Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills required
– Organization Skills
