Alliance Environmental is an environmental contractor specializing in commercial and residential air duct cleaning, demolition, asbestos, lead paint, mold, and the safe, legal assessment and removal of hazardous materials.

We are looking for a Coordinator/Scheduler (Labor) to join our amazing Team in Stanton CA.

Job Summary Overview:

The Coordinator/Scheduler (Labor) responsibilities are monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day labor scheduling procedures. Handle Project Managers, Customer, and Labor Superintendents’ issues and concerns.

“A day in the life of Coordinator/Scheduler (Labor) can look like:

• Compiles next day job folders for superintendent
• Generates AQMD, OSHA, and CDPH Notifications timely as needed
• Works with Sales Estimators for job scheduling, and to gather project data
• Handles customer issues or concerns
• Updates Manifest Spreadsheet daily
• Verify project address via USPS.com
• Schedules and monitors current and future jobs
• Print job folders from Customer Relationship Management CRM System
• Provides assistance to laboratory vendors, customers and homeowners
• Schedules job testing

Position Requirements:

• 2 + years in General Office/ Administrative experience, preferably in any of these industries Environmental Services, Remediation, Construction, or Pest Control
• Microsoft Office 2000; Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
• Multi-Tasking and Filing skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills required
• Organization Skills
• Complete Background Check

Job Type: Full Time, In Office

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours

Experience:

• Administrative or Scheduling: 2 years (Required)
