Project Overview
A restoration contractor contacted Alliance Environmental after their primary abatement provider was unable to manage the full scope of a large-scale environmental remediation project. The facility required remediation across approximately 10,000 sq. ft. along with complete duct cleaning throughout the building.
Alliance Environmental delivered a Rapid Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate within eight hours and fully mobilized in under 24 hours, ensuring the project remained on schedule.
Project Scope & Execution
Initial Work
- Wrapped and protected IT equipment and televisions
- Handed off porous contents to a third-party cleaning vendor
- Sealed cavities
- Completed detailed HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping in the initial work area
Continued Remediation & Cleaning
- Wrapped additional equipment and electronics for protection
- Transferred remaining porous contents for off-site cleaning
- Sealed additional cavities
- Extended containment into the next work area
- Sealed all critical barriers
- Wiped and covered cabinets and appliances
- Cleaned carpet and installed protective poly covering
- Performed comprehensive decontamination: HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping of walls, ceilings, and floors following Lead-Safe work practices
- Conducted a final internal walkthrough to confirm the area was ready for clearance testing
Results
- Completed the full scope within the required three-day window
- Achieved clearance the following day
- Due to strong performance and rapid response, Alliance Environmental is being considered to complete the remaining portion of the project
