Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, Testing & Fire Wall Penetration Repair

Entry Level Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

• Cleaning HVAC systems
• Firewall servicing
• Fire damper testing
• Construct dust control barriers (ICRA) with visqueen and/or coroplast sheets
• Removal of water and mold damaged building materials
• Treatment and removal of mold growth of residential and commercial buildings

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in related janitorial, custodian. general maintenance or mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing or HVAC (1 year preferred)
• Experience in fire damper/fire stopping preferred
• Hard working, dependable, and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work the night shift – A lot of our work is overnights, i.e., 4:30pm – 1:00am or 6:00pm – 2:30 am, etc.
• Have reliable transportation
• CA Driver License, to drive company vehicle required
• Complete background check and drug test
• Requires local travel within assigned region

Physical Requirements:

• Carry/Lift: Lift up to 60 lbs
• Use Light Weight Equipment
• Stand: Minimal Walking: Crawling Maximum
• Climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces
• Repetitive Motion: Use of tools
• Visual Acuity: Able to use Respirator without obstruction

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Work Location: In person

Salary: From $20-$25/hr DOE
