Drywall Technician/Carpenter Urgently Hiring!

Alliance Environmental is a certified industry leader in the full-service property damage restoration, abatement remediation and reconstruction industry. We are growing and looking for experienced Drywall Technician/Carpenter(s) to join our team. We provide on-the-job training, competitive pay, and long-term career growth.

We are looking for passionate, dedicated and detail-oriented tradesmen to fill this position immediately. Projects include but are not limited to: Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family restoration and renovations. .

Job Duties:

• Drywall installation (Hanging, taping and texturing required) Painting, Framing repairs and installations (Wood & Metal preferred)
• Finish Carpentry – Trim, Millwork, Doors, Windows, Minor cabinetry repairs/resets
• Ability to identify, communicate and acquire any needed materials with respective Project Managers / Estimators
• Daily documentation and photographs of progress
• Follow all established safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times
• This position does include a mandatory rotation in our emergency services on-call calendar

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working in the construction/restoration industry or closely related experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, as well as in harsh indoor conditions such as fire-damaged or condemned structures with low-light and/or exposure to airborne particles Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Construction: 1 year (Required)
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Work authorization (Required)
• Remodeling/Renovation: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
