Field Service Supervisor Urgently Hiring!

Alliance Environmental-IAQ is a state licensed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor specializing in HVAC Service, Repair, Retrofit, Design, and Installation; Commercial, Residential, and Marine Duct Cleaning; Infection Control; Healthcare; Kitchen Hood and Bathroom Exhaust Cleaning; Power Washing.

Job Duties:

• Field Supervisor- execute project work plans as defined by Indoor Quality (IAQ)scope
• Management of project and communication with Project Manager of Key components daily
• Supervisor Communicate with Personnel at Facilities
• Forecast and layout work multiple days in advance
• Lead, train, and mentor new employees
• Review Project Schedules and Tracking Progress
• Field Supervisor Manage employee schedules and oversee employee timesheets
• Accountability of material, supplies and equipment
• Responsible for the security of valuable equipment

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of residential air duct structures and how they relate with heating/AC systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with HVAC, safety, sheet metal, framing or firewall and damper inspection & repairs
• Flexible Work schedule – Nights and Weekends are common
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Document job site safety incidents
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving

• Carrying/Lifting: Up to 8 hours per day

• Other Ability to hear and speak for telephone use is required

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience level:

• 2 years
• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)
• HVAC Certification (Required)
• HVAC: 1 year (Required)
