Alliance Environmental Group is hiring a Foreman – Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) to join our growing team.
This position is responsible for leading field crews, managing projects, and performing inspections, maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of critical life safety systems in commercial, healthcare, industrial, public works, and residential environments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising field technicians and trainees
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Completing project documentation and reports
• Performing inspections and repairs of life safety assets
• Operating company vehicles and maintaining a safe driving record
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing field projects and crews
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• IICRC, WRT, and IFDIA certifications are a plus
Compensation:
$25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
