What You’ll Do

As a Sales Estimator/Project Manager, you will be responsible for opening new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and managing environmental projects from start to finish. Your work will include:

  • Marketing to new/potential customers
  • Maintaining and building strong customer relationships
  • Creating project estimates using Xactimate and company CRM
  • Driving to and inspecting job sites
  • Managing active projects, contracts, and communication with internal teams
  • Resolving customer issues and managing project challenges
  • Maintaining required certifications and attending ongoing training
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Construction, Abatement/Remediation, Restoration, or Water Mitigation (preferred), Commerical expreince required
  • Strong sales background (required)
  • Xactimate experience (preferred/required depending on listing version)
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Established book of business (preferred)
  • Must be able to travel locally throughout assigned region

Physical Requirements

Primarily seated work with minimal lifting, standing, and walking. Repetitive motion and computer use required.

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000 – $85,000 base salary (DOE)
