Location: Southwest Region (Southern California, Arizona, Nevada)

Alliance Environmental Group is seeking an experienced Southwest Regional Vice President to lead and grow our multi-branch operations across California, Arizona, and Nevada. This executive role carries full P&L responsibility for $40M–$60M in annual revenue, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional operational strategy and execution, driving revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Oversee multiple branches, ensuring performance targets and service standards are achieved.
- Develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
- Implement process improvements, technology solutions, and operational dashboards.
- Champion safety and regulatory compliance across all locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in multi-site operational leadership, ideally in construction, environmental services, HVAC, or restoration.
- Proven track record of P&L management and financial performance improvement.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Southwest regional regulations and safety requirements.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Compensation Range $188K-$245K
