Step 1
Incident Site
Risk Assessment
Gather as much information before arriving at the site as this will help define the needs of the job.
We will investigate what equipment is essential to the job, decide on how many technicians will need to be deployed, work out how much disinfectant is necessary, make sure there is the proper PPE for the job, & decide if this is a precautionary cleaning or a known outbreak of the virus.
Once on site, it is crucial to establish the clear zone, the transition zone and the operating zone. This is very important for infection/contamination control. We will be using an ECU ante room for the transition zone.
Step 2
Pre-Disinfection
& Cleaning
Pathogens can easily spread from one person to the next via contaminated surfaces. To reduce the threat of illnessess, Alliance uses CDC-approved cleaning agents to effectively sanitize the floors, counters, desks, eyeboards, & all other surfaces that your employees or tennants come into contact with.
The size of the area to be cleaned or the time in which the area needs to be turned over will determine the size of the crew needed.
Crew will first go trough with an electric spray gun spraying all the large items (empty tables, chairs, walls & floors)
Step 3
Thorough
Cleaning Process
It is crucial that for the safety and health of customers and employees, companies provide a clean, sanitized environment that is conducive for normal business operations. Alliance Environmental’s biohazard division uses Prokure V, a hospital-grade disinfectant listed by the EPA as effective in combating SARS-CoV2, the virus responsible Covid-19. We are also compliant with CDC, Department of Health Services, OSHA and existing regulatory agencies.
Our thorough cleaning process includes the application of an EPA-registered disinfectant to hard surfaces and defined “touch points.” We utilize a combination of trigger spraying and misting application followed by manual wiping with microfiber cloths to touch points, defined as areas 6 to 8 feet down, including the floors & walls in the potentially affected area or space.
Step 4
Load-Reduction
& Disposal
Load reduction is an effective means of the proper removal & disposal of gross biocontamination. Crew to remove anything directly affected from the person or person infected.
Cloth materials, papers, personal items, work phone & any items person may have touched frequently or possibly coughed and/or sneezed on should be placed in a biohazard bag & container for proper disposal.
Desks & other large, hard service furniture can be salvaged.
Step 5
Detail Forensic
Cleaning
Second crew will come through with spray bottles of disinfectant & microfibre towels, knocking down any puddles of disinfectant left from pre-disinfecting step. This will be followed by in-detail cleaning & misting of sensitive areas & items not able to be sprayed such as computers, phones, inside of drawers & personal items.
Our team decontaminates areas that are difficult to reach with traditional cleaning methods by sing broad sanitising tools, such as electrostatic sprays & micro-mist technology. Our crews’ hand-cleaning method follows linear, overlapping strokes via mechanical action with no circular motions or scrubbing.
